Amazing customer service!
Everyone in the shop was very helpful and friendly, and I had a new rim, inner tube, and my old tire mounted in less than 30 minutes, and at a very reasonable price (seriously, less than I was expecting to pay just for the rim based on online searches).
I have shopped many times at Weber Sports and every experience has been fantastic. They carry quality bikes, gear, and Michelle is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Weber Sports has everything! Particularly bikes and bike gear. Great brands, good prices. The lady at the counter is professional and knowledgeable, and the owner Tim is great! Plus they do a good spring bike tune up. I've bought shoes, accessories, and bikes there, always gotten an excellent item at a fair price with fantastic service.
They have a full range of products for all kinds of bikes...new seats, mirrors, reflectors, lights, trunk mounts to carry your bikes...EVERYTHING you need is there.
From halfway across the shop, the woman working on another bike wheel identified the size of the wheel I was holding in my hand...I knew right then I was in the right place.
I bought my first 29er from Weber's Bike Shop. The staff gave me an excellent deal and were kind enough to deliver it to me at my place of residence,where they also personally fitted me to my new bike. Being new to mountain biking I found this to be incredibly helpful not to mention the great service. I have also had my bike serviced at Weber's as well, there is a very quick turn around and a great desire to get you back in the saddle as soon as possible. They are great people, extremely knowledgeable, and whether your a casual bike rider or a hard core racer this is the shop to go to!
This is my bike shop now. I can't think of a reason I'd ever go anywhere else.
