Big washers broke down. Lost money, put money in machine for laundry soap lost a lot of money. Coin changer out of order, Dyer's didn't work. Bathroom was a mess. Feces all backed up. No phone number to get reimbursed. Board of health needs to be called, and better business bureau. Call placed. Sad. Its Aurora only laundry matt.
It is cleaner than most and its easy access to house and if u get a issue with equipment or lose money by equipment failure they do reimburse
nice quiet place few people here. lot of broken washers and dryers but more than enough working ones. no snacks or drinks in vending machines. but has a nice waiting area.

This place is dirty and unkept. Most machines are nasty and scary ppl hang out in there.poor lighting, and no way to contact anyone about it. Id rather drive to Lawrenceburg
