Charged for shipping -- and I had to pick up the part! Have ordered numerous parts from Zimmer over the last decade. The last one, overpriced already, had a $25 shipping charge -- and they didn't even ship it directly to me. Was charged astronomically for a service call, thank God I've found some who is reasonable for tractor repairs. The service guys are nice, and often helpful, but I'll buy parts online from now on.
Called and scheduled to have my tractor looked at because of a sensor issue. They said they would be out the following Monday. They never showed up and I never received a call. Lost my business.
